Our Mission. We believe the Bible is the inspired word of God and contains all the information we need to secure our salvation. However, sometimes it is often necessary to have assistance in learning not only what the scriptures teach but also how to study the Bible.
Every person, regardless of nationality, social status, economic ability and background has been created in the image of God, that is, we have an everlasting soul. It is our desire to lovingly share the joys of living a life in service to our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ with anyone who is willing. Our mission is to obey the command issued by Jesus Christ, "Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; ..." (Matthew 28:18-19). If you are interested in a either a systematic or open study of God's word we would be glad to study with you. If we can assist you in your endeavors to search the scriptures to learn the truth of what is essential to your spiritual well being and soul's salvation, please let us know. |
Our Plea. Nearly 2000 years ago in the obscure Roman province of Galilee a statement was made that would endure through the ages. It was the opening proclamation of Jesus Christ as He was beginning His earthly ministry: "The right time has come. The kingdom of God is near. Change your hearts and lives and believe the Good News!"
As members of the church, we encourage you to consider returning to the roots of the church to explore a wealth of teaching that still has the power to change lives today. The Good News has not changed with the times but has stood strong through the years. It still offers each of us the ability to follow Christ, putting our past behind us and living the life of Christianity. It is through this life that we can enjoy the forgiveness of sin and the fullness of God's blessings He is so eager to share with us. |
